Shipping & Returns

Shipping

    • We currently offer standard shipping within the continental US for a flat rate of $12. Heavier items will incur a $20 shipping charge.
    • Orders typically ship the next business day. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday.
    • Please note we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items due to any parcel service fault.
    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • For ALL INTERNATIONAL orders please email us: info@shopgreygardens.com.  We will send you a form to facilitate your purchase.


Return Policy

  • Our policy lasts 14 days for a full refund, and 30 days for store credit. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, store credit or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and free from dirt, dust or any fragrances, and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Please keep in mind that Grey Gardens vintage items are sold as is, and some items show some wear due to the age or patina. If you receive the item and are not satisfied we will accept the return.

 
To Complete Your Return:

  • Please let us know that you will be returning your item(s) by emailing us at info@shopgreygardens.com.
  • In your return package, please include a note with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds / Exchanges / Store Credit

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and either a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, or a store credit will be applied to your account (if returned after 14 days).
  • We only offer exchanges if the items are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@shopgreygardens.com and send your item to: PO Box 1953 Mill Valley  California US 94942.


    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

    • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
    • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@shopgreygardens.com.
